SIPU EGG | Sipo Egg Recipe | Creamy Sipo Egg | Kapampangan Sipo Egg | Quail Eggs

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red onion, chopped

1 can (400g) luncheon meat, diced
1 can (200g) Relish mushroom pieces and stems, drained
Patis and pepper to taste
⅓ cup liver spread
½ cup carrots, diced
½ cup turnips, diced
½ cup sayote, diced
½ cup beans, chopped
1 can (250g) Relish Whole Corn Kernels, drained
2 cans of 70g Relish Green Peas, drained
Water, as needed

1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 cup (250mL) all purpose cream
1 pack (70g) cream of mushroom powder dissolved in water
30pcs hard boiled quail eggs


Procedure:
Saute garlic and onion in oil and butter. Add luncheon meat and mushrooms. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add liver spread. Season with patis and ground pepper to taste

Add the carrots and turnips and cook until slightly tender. Add sayote and beans. Lastly add Relish Whole Corn Kernels and Relish Green Peas. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water as needed to prevent it from drying

Add evaporated milk, all purpose cream and cream of mushroom powder dissolved in water. Mix well and cook until it thickens. Add peeled hard boiled quail eggs. Mix well and serve warm
