In this gameplay video of Project CARS we look at the crash physics by doing some crash testing on expensive sports cars. Vehicles in the video include an Audio R8, McLaren, Ford Fiesta, Pagani Zonda Cinque and a Mitsubishi Lancer. We tested each car once by driving it down a 2 miles stretch on the Azure Coast track and crashing it as much as possible along the way.
Project CARS (Community Assisted Racing Simulator) has been in development for two years. It is going to be released for PC, Xbox One, and PS4 in March 2015. Currently the game is in a closed beta and releasing builds often. The game has multiple cars and tracks at the moment and the cars have realistic handling. Project CARS was created by WMD (World of Mass Development), which is a team that helped with the NFS (Need for Speed) Shift series.
