When you have pain in your body, specially muscles, most of the time it comes from tightness. When you have pain in your joints, most of the time it comes from a lack of recovery.
A lack of recovery happens when you either don’t get enough sleep, or you are not relaxed enough when you sleep therefore, your body doesn’t recover. One simple solution for all of this is to relax your body.

Adult this will not be a solution for 100% of you guys, but you will be surprised that over 90% of all of you out there that are currently experiencing pain in your body will be able to get rid of the pain simply by relaxing your body. The ripple effect that happens when your body starts to relax is beyond peoples understanding.
Let’s simply put it like this. Your body has the capacity to regenerate itself and heal. It will only do this when your body is in a relaxed state. If you are not relaxed, then your body will feel like there is still work to be done and action to take.
Therefore, it will not waste its energy on recovery. When a persons body is not recover every night through sleep, it will slowly breakdown. Most sicknesses and diseases that people experience starts off by not being able to recover due to having too much stress in the body. The number one symptom of stress in the body is tightness.
