enabling the TPM is very simple as we are going to see in this video
We need to enter the setup menu when you start your computer
Review your manufacturer, to know which keys you will press to enter the setup menu
For example, for hp devices, you need to press F10 after power on
and for dell devices F2 or delete
Now when you entered the setup menu search for security and expand it
you will find the TPM open and check the box to enable it, as you see in those 4 examples
