It is Open VPN, and hosted in digital ocean

open digital ocean website and login to your account, if you don't have create a new one, the link in the description box of this video
create
droplets
go to marketplace and search for, open vpn
select open vpn access server
select the server specifications you need
create the root user password, and save it in safe place
select the country you need
then click create droplet
it will take some time
now the droplet was created, and I will configure it
click on the droplet
then access, then launch droplet console
go through these steps and select defaults for each by pressing enter
create vpn login user name and password
and now the configuration was finished and the droplet ready for use
lets download the client software and install it to the pc or smart android phone
after installation launch the app and add your vpn profile
copy and paste the droplet IP
and complete the steps
congratulation now you have your own VPN
