Blade Strangers
Blade Strangers is a 2D Fighting Game by Nicalis, it features characters from various games : Code of princess, Cave Story, Umihara Kawase, Gunvolt, Shovel knight, The binding of isaac (the only original character is the boss : Lina).
Unlike many fighting game, this one doesn't revolves around complex directional input for specials and super (specials and super can be done by pressing one button, or 2 button for heavier version and ex version). It also reward complex combo : when using the same move twice during a combo there's a 50 percent damage penalty for that hit and the damage scaling is additionaly reduced by 10 percent.
