This line is designed, manufactured, assembled & tested at Samco Machinery.
Features:
Double Duplex rollformer for CEE/U profiles finding application as Solar Base Mounting Structures.
Designed to accommodate In- line Pre punching & a Servo controlled Precision Flying Hydrex type post cut off system which causes Minimal distortion & Burr.
All the proposed combinations of web-flange –thickness can be made on the same rollformer with only single Roll tool set.
This rollformer has motorized adjustments for thickness control, flange height control, web size change over & Cee to U size change over.
Max Line speed of Rollformer is Variable from 0 to 60 Meter per Minute & output speed with in line punching is 25-30 mpm.
All of the electrics are Plug & Play.
