Суп из щавеля! Вкусный суп на каждый день!
Сегодня приготовим суп с щавелем на говяжьем бульоне. Суп получается очень вкусным, сытным и с лёгкой кислинкой!
Ингредиенты:
Говядина - 500 г
Картофель - 2-3 шт.
Морковь - 1 шт.
Лук репчатый - 1 шт.
Щавель - 200 г
Вода - 3 л
Яйца - 4-6 шт.
Лавровый лист - 1-2 шт.
Соль - по вкусу

Today we will cook soup with sorrel in beef broth. The soup turns out very tasty, satisfying and with a slight sourness!
Ingredients:
Beef - 500 g
Potatoes - 2-3 pcs .
Carrots - 1 pc .
Onion - 1 pc .
Sorrel - 200 g
Water - 3 liters
Eggs - 4-6 pcs.
Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
Salt - to taste
Preparation:
Wash the meat well, put it in a saucepan and pour cold water.
Put the pan on the stove, bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam and cook for 1.5 hours.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Arbitrarily chop the sorrel.
After 1.5 hours, remove the meat from the broth and cut it into small pieces.
Then transfer it back to the pan.
In a saucepan, we send grated carrots, potatoes, a whole onion, bay leaf and salt to taste.
Bring the soup to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
Then add sorrel and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
We pour the finished soup on plates, add chopped egg and herbs to each serving.
