How to: Install Brake Pad Spacer
1. Remove the wheel from the bicycle according to the wheel manufacturer's instructions.
2. Insert the thin side of the pad spacer in between the pads until it clicks into place.
3. The spacer will prevent the pistons from advancing if the lever is squeezed while the wheel and rotor are removed.
4. Remove the pad spacer.
5. Install the wheel according to the wheel manufacturer’s instructions.
