The easiest recipe I have ever tried. This has been blowing up all summer and I figured I would give it a try. If you are looking for a super easy dip for any occasion - this is that recipe. The key to a great smoked cream cheese is the rub you pick and making sure the pit temperature doesn't get too high. This is why I went with the snake method on the classic Weber 22" grill. This method basically runs itself. I did end up choking the top vent down to about 50%. This would be perfect for your next game day event.
