Filling out forms and submitting them is an inevitable task for every business. This could include forms for insurance claims, which can be a tiring task if some employee has to find the information in a database, read it from the database, and manually input it in the form. That said, this process is complicated and prone to error, but automating this process can save time and money. The objective of this project is to demonstrate how to integrate a Deep Learning model with an RPA framework. Machine learning models can help us understand unstructured forms and their fields. RPA + AI is suitable for cases where the task is tedious but requires human-like judgment. In our case, the forms are unstructured, so the automated process needs to be able to decide on the type of different forms and fields.
