Create Your Best Videos By Using YouTube Analytics - Trust the YouTube Algorithm -

One of the best ways to find great video topics for your YouTube channel is by going to the YouTube Channel Analytics to check out your channel's most popular videos.
The YouTube Analytics lists your most popular videos in the last 28 days. (You can change the settings by toggling on the upper right hand menu to 7 days, 90 days, year, etc.) But for our purposes, 28 days is ideal.
We will be looking at the top 5 videos and you can see the stats on how many views but also view duration. View duration is another metric that YouTube Algorithm considers how your video is doing. The videos with more views and higher view duration will trigger the algorithm to find more videos like these. It will also reinforce your niche, which builds back your subjects.
So when you look at your top five videos, what are the commonalities? Can you create videos like them or a spin off a subject that is related to these popular videos? This type of analysis will help you understand what kinds of videos they want you to make.
When you plan your videos, make it habit to check your top five videos in the Youtube Studio Channel Analytics. There is gold in there!
