What if your dev team wasn’t human? 🤖
In this episode, I’m starting an experiment to build a dev team made entirely of AI agents, each specializing in a different role, just like a real software team.
We’ve all seen how powerful AI can be at writing code—tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT can crank out functions, fix bugs, and even build games. But when you ask AI to build complex software by itself… things fall apart.
💡 Why? Because real software teams don’t work that way. Developers, testers, designers, project managers—each person does a specialized job, and they all work together. Asking AI to handle everything at once is like asking a single dev to build, test, and deploy a full-stack app solo.

I’m going to explore how far we can go by building a dev team made of AI agents. Each agent will have its own responsibility—API builder, bug fixer, UI tester, and more. This episode lays the foundation, and future episodes will dive deeper into adding roles, refining workflows, and seeing just how far we can push AI-driven development.
