Match Fishing 2024 | River Thames | S.C.A.C. Club Match | 10/03/2024
Finally back on the river fishing a match. :) I have a Riverfest ticket for this year so I was pleased to head out to the river for a well turned out club match featuring some extremely good river anglers so I was in for a good day.
Started well after balling it at 13m but from the end of the first hour it slipped away from me and on reflection there were lots of things I need to change - elastic needs to scale down to pink hydro, need a sway from .13 to .11 down to .09 for the hook length (coupled with the pink hydro it will balance so still be good for bonus bream) I need to realize it was going quiet and should have thrown out the feeder to rest the peg.
Well done to all that fished, especially Gary with his monster bream.
BUT - Not bad considering so make some changes back bag out again soon :)
