hello everybodyyyyy !! in this week’s video I share with you ALL of the details for workout I do in a week - warm ups, sets, reps, etc! my current split includes 4 days of weight training and 1 day of cardio + core. I typically get over 10k steps every single day because of my job as a server so I consider that to be my “cardio!”
