I'll show you how to download and install Alex's Mobs for Minecraft 1.21.
First, go to the first link.
Here, select the latest version of the mod and download it.
Do the same in the second link.
Choose the latest version and download it.
You will also need Forge.
You can find information on where to download it and how to install it in the third link.
We go into Minecraft itself, be sure to use the Forge version.
Here we click on mods.
And then click “open mods folder”.
And simply move Alex's Mobs and Citadel to this folder.
Now we need to restart Minecraft.
