On this channel we talk a lot about the law of attraction and manifestation. In order to manifest we use our thoughts to shift our physical reality. In this video I delve specifically into this idea of our thoughts somehow being able to affect reality. We’ll firstly look at the science behind thoughts (what are they from a physical perspective?), and then look at some phenomena that indicate that our thoughts are able to extend beyond our brain and interact with physical reality. Finally, I will discuss three theories that might explain how our thoughts might influence or interact with reality. These theories will involve quantum physics, as well as an innovative hypothesis proposed by Rupert Sheldrake.

My name’s Georgia – I’m currently studying an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology. As someone with a passion for both science and spirituality, I love to explore the ways in which these two seemingly distinct domains converge.
