In this video I explore the science behind manifestation: specifically, neuroscience. I go into a number of different neuroscientific concepts, such as neuroplasticity, and discuss how harnessing the power of these processes allows us to get closer to manifesting our desires. Throughout the video, I will highlight a number of different law of attraction techniques (such as affirmations, visualization, and mindfulness…) and explain how these techniques work from a neuroscientific basis. This video will make it clear why we do these manifestation practices, and how they result in us experiencing a new reality. You can use these techniques to attract your desires and manifest your dream life.

ABOUT ME
My name’s Georgia – I’m currently studying an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology. As someone with a passion for both science and spirituality, I love to explore the ways in which these two seemingly distinct domains converge. My aim for this channel is to show that science and spirituality can beautifully co-exist and even complement one another.
