Ingredients:
400g boiled beef
150g pickles
100g cheese
3 boiled eggs
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
Cut the beef into pieces. We also cut cucumbers. Grate the cheese and eggs, separating the whites from the yolks.
For dressing, mix sour cream, mustard and lemon juice. Add some salt and mix.
Place the beef and brush with dressing. Using the dressing we draw a mesh. Next is a layer of cucumbers and also grease with dressing. Next layer of cheese. Then a layer of yolks, brushed with dressing, and a layer of whites.
Cover with film and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Decorate with dill and pomegranate seeds.
