Popular Spots on Campus - The RAC
The Recreation & Athletics Center is one of the more popular spots on the Green River College campus. It is located in the Mel Lindbloom Student Center. In this video Rob Pedicone, Assistant Director of Recreation & Athletics shares what you can find at the RAC. "The RAC has a weight room, which features strength machines, cardio equipment, and other free weights. We also have our sport court which features volleyball, soccer, badminton, and basketball. Lastly, we have a studio space where several clubs will reserve the space for dancing, different fitness activities, or other fun activities. We also feature group fitness classes such as yoga, HIIT classes, and other aerobic-based classes. The RAC has showers and lockers. You can check out towels, basketballs, badminton racquets, and a whole lot more."
The RAC is currently open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm. Looking forward to seeing you there!
