[🔴LIVE] How to migrate your website from localhost Wamp to Live cPanel server?
Today in this video we will show you how to upload your localhost(WAMP) website to live cPanel server. If you have purchased a cPanel hosting and you don't know how to upload your website from localhost Wamp to Live cPanel server then in that case simply follow the steps given below:
Step::1 First of all go to localhost/phpmyadmin
This URL will reach you towards MySQL databases. Now just select the database which you would like to export.
Step::2 Simply select your database and click on Export and and then Go button
This will help you download a sql file .
Step::3 Save the sql file into your local PC.
Note: sql file name may vary
Step::4 Now go to that file location and edit the sql file via Notepad++ or Notepad
Step::5 Simply Find and replace localhost with your domain name which you have bought and click on Replace All.
Step::6 Now login your cPanel account
Step::7 Go to MySQL Database and Create a MySQL database with any name you like and then Add New user.
Note: Keep noting down the credentials somewhere
Step::8 Now Add this user to the Database and assign all privileges and click over Make Changes button
Step::9 Next go to the phpMyAdmin and find the database you just created.
Step::10 Click on the Import tab. Browse and upload the SQL file that you downloaded earlier.
Step::11 Finally click over Go button to import the database.
Step::12 Now go to File manager section and go inside public_html and click on the Upload icon and select the ZIP file you created earlier to upload it.
Step::13 Once it's uploaded, right click over it and click on Extract to unzip it.
Once the extraction is successful you will we able to see the files and folder. You can move this contents to any folder or directly inside public_html.
