Tucked away in the gorgeous alleys of El Born is one of my all time favourite Tapas place - Bar del pla.
They use high quality fresh local ingredients and make traditional tapas like canelloni, papatas bravas, fried peppers, pulpo etc
But they also make fusion tapas like suckling pig tacos, mushroom carpaccio with wasabi and so much more.
They have a wide variety of natural wines which are very different to the conventional wines but if you’re open to trying new things, you should try some of their natural wines and you might be pleasant surprised.
