In 2009 the Regional Command Southwest created the Joint Security Academy Southwest, or J-SAS. This was to address the complete lack of entry level training for Afghan National Police and Afghan National Army, also called A.N.P. and A.N.A.. In part one of this two part series, Sergeant Andrew Milner takes us to a Rocket Propelled Grenade range where the training marks a pivotal transition for J-SAS.
