Trust is the basis when training the Afghans
In 2009 Regional Command Southwest created the Joint Security Academy Southwest, or JSAS. This was to address the complete lack of entry level training for Afghan National Police and Afghan National Army, also called A.N.P and A.N.A. Sgt. Jonathon Galowitch is an instructor with JSAS and says building trust is key to teaching.
