U.S. Marines from 2nd Platoon, Fox Battery, 14th Marine Regiment, fire six low-range practice rockets (RRPR) from an M142 high-mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS) during exercise Balikatan in Crow Valley, Philippines. Balikatan, which means "shoulder to shoulder" in Filipino, is an annual bilateral exercise focused on enhancing the ability of Philippine and U.S. military forces to work together during planning, contingency and humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
