Create Your Own Brushes for GIMP
Create custom brushes for use in GIMP using regular images or designs you came up with on your own. We'll be creating a gbr file and placing it in the "brushes" folder in the GIMP directory. Once completed, you'll have a customized brush that you can use in any color you'd like.
