For four servings:
1 cup oats (240 ml)
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds (60 ml)
1/2 cup (vegan) protein powder or powdered peanut butter (2 scoops / 60g)
optional: 2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup apple sauce (120 ml) / 1 mashed banana
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk of choice (60 ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter, I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts (60 ml)
1 1/2 cups raspberries & blueberries (3 1/2 dl)
optional: 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate, chopped

1. Mix the dry ingredients together
2. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine
3. Fold in the berries
4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Top with the dark chocolate chunks
5. Bake at 180 celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes
6. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge, or you can also freeze these
