Have you ever wanted to do high frequency training but just don't know what to do? In this video i will go over my thoughts on this method of training. It can be great for lagging body parts. I would love to hear about your experience with this training as well so leave that in the comments below.

High frequency training is a relative term, so for all intensive purposes, high-frequency training is more often than you currently train. In most cases, this comes out to 2-3 times per week for each muscle group with a variety of stimuli and rep ranges.
