Meditation has brought so many good things into our lives--we're so excited to share those benefits with others. This short, easy guided meditation and visualization exercise is only five minutes long, followed by five minutes of calming music in case you want to extend the experience (or just so another video or ad doesn't autoplay while you're still coming out of the experience). It's designed to help you feel, give, and get more love and joy. It's meant to calm you, quiet an over-active mind, and fill you with a good feeling that you can bring with you for the rest of your day.
This meditation is based on research into the science of meditation and visualizations--it can help tremendously with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. It will help you train your mind to be less negative. It will give you tools to fill yourself with positivity and let your love light shine on yourself and on the world.
This guided meditaiton is for all levels... beginners, experts, and even meditation skeptics. We were skeptics once too, so we wanted to make something that would appeal to everyone, and might serve as a good way in if you're curious or just getting started.
