✔ pork lard 2 tablespoons with a slide;
✔ sugar 3 cups or 600g;
✔ eggs 14 pcs (12 pcs + 2 yolks);
✔vanillin 2 sachets or to taste;
✔ salt 1 tsp;
✔ turmeric 0.5 tsp;
✔raisins 400g.
Glaze:
✔ egg whites 2pcs;
✔ powdered sugar 200g;
✔1-2 tablespoons of sugar.
In the absence of lard, you can replace it with 100 grams of butter.
