Pepper Steak Recipe:
tsp of oil of choice
thinly sliced steak (or chicken)
2 bell peppers
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
3-4 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
prepared rice
Can be cooked in the crockpot - add all ingredients and cook on high for 4 hours on high
