Bake Chicken Recipe
Oil
4 tbsp Unsalted butter
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1/2 tbsp adobo
1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tbsp All-Purpose Chicken Seasoning
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 packet Sazon
1/2 lemon squeezed
Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165F.
Baste the chicken every 15 minutes.
Gravy
1 onion
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic paste
1 1/4 cup chicken drippings
3 sprigs thyme
1/2 -1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
parsley
4 tbsp heavy cream or half & half
Add water if necessary to loosen up the gravy
