Character "I" and "L" is becoming bold (thicken) when converted to pdf format is a major bug faced by Adobe Illustrator users. Even in the latest version of Adobe Illustrator, we can notice the same issue.

This video will explain 5 different ways to solve Thickened "I" and "L" bug in Adobe Illustrator when converted to PDF format.

1. Solve by adding an additional node on the thickened Letter.
2. Using round edged fonts having more nodes on L and I Characters
3. By keeping fonts without making them into outlines.
4. Solving by creating a hollow layer in the shape of the text.
5. Converting the whole into image.
