Photographer Alexander Gronsky has been documenting the changes in Russia since 2022. More precisely, he focuses on its epicenter – Moscow. Sometimes it seems that everything speaks on his photographs: billboards, traffic lights, road signs, inscriptions on the clothes of random people caught in the frame.
We met with Gronsky in Moscow, at the Rechnoi Station, and discussed what a wartime project looks like in a time that pretends to be peaceful.
