In today's Monday quicktip, I talk about how you can key your casefile to your opponent's exhibit list, even if there hasn't been a formal exhibit exchange of documents or an exhibit list. In OnCue, I enter in the other side's exhibit number in a name or in the Bates field. In Trial Director, I enter in the exhibit number in the Trial Exhibit No field. The limitation will be that you will have to be able to identify where on your own exhibit list or within your own files your opponent's exhibit is. Hopefully, you'll be able to determine that from the Bates.
