Point mass and Area mass center of gravity of a triangle

In this video I show that point mass center of gravity and area mass center of gravity of a triangle is the same point and that is the point of intersection of medians of that triangle. This is obviously only true if the masses have equal weight and for the case of area mass it must be uniformly distributed.
A few days ago, I was building a tensegrity table and in my video I mentioned that center of gravity of a quadrilateral shape is the intersection of two lines that connect the midpoint of the opposite sides together. later when I searched in internet I realized that in some websites they mentioned another point as center of gravity of a quadrilateral shape. I was sure about my result but what was mentioned in those webpages also seemed logical.
later after half a day of search, i realized that there are two types of center of gravity. point mass center of gravity and area mass center of gravity. I decided to make two video and make this clear for all people. This video is for triangle and the next video will be for general quadrilateral shape.
