Hip Thrusts 3x12

Squat 2x12 light feeder sets + 2x9-10 HEAVY

Leg Press 1x 15,12,10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1
*15 reps + 5 sec hold, 12 reps + 5 sec hold, 10 reps + 5 sec hold continue all the way down w/o rest

Leg Curl 3x12
