This is how to reset Apple Watch Ultra if you’ve forgotten your passcode or pin for the Apple Watch.

While on the ‘Enter Passcode’ screen, press and hold the side button on your Apple Watch Ultra until the power off screen appears.

Then press and hold the Digital Crown button until a screen appears telling you to connect to a power source.

Connect the power charger to the Apple Watch Ultra and make sure you keep it connected until the reset process has completed.

Now, follow the onscreen instructions and confirm you wish to reset your Apple Watch Ultra. This will erase all content and settings from your Apple Watch and restore it to the factory default settings.

Once completed your Apple Watch Ultra will be returned to the factory default settings and you can set it up again using your iPhone.
