1. Open the Microsoft Store and search for the app "App Installer" and install it
2. Open a Command Prompt or Powershell window as an administrator
3. Type in "winget" to see all commands
4. Type in "winget search" to see a list of all programs you can install
5. Type in "winget install PROGRAMNAME" to install a program
