Eagle | How to change the language in Eagle ECAD
In this tutorial I'll show you how to change the language in the ECAD program Eagle which is made by Autodesk. I will also show you a simple method to change it to english. Due to there being no option in Eagle itself you will need to change the language another way. As I already metioned, in this video I will show you two ways which may work. I can sadly not garantue that it does.

How to change it to any language:
1. Go into your PC settings
2. Got to Time & Language
3. Go to Language
4. Install the language you want eagle to be in
5. Select that language as the language for your Operating System
6. Restart your PC and now Eagle may have changed to the language you set as your System Language (this only works for certain version of Eagle)
How to change the language to English:
1. Close Eagle
2. Open File Explorer and go to this PC
3. Go to where you have eagle installed (the standard pathway is C:\EAGLE 9.6.2)
4. Go into the bin folder
5. Remove the file with the file extension .qm that also has your language in the name (this is the translation file)
6. Remove the file that corrisponds to the language it's in at the moment (for example if it's in german remove the eagle_de.qm file)
7. Open Eagle again (logging into autodesk may be requiered) and the language has now changed to english
Tip: I suggest not deleting the translation file but simply to remove it from the eagle directory in case you want to change it back (you can change it back by simply draging it back into this folder)
