Are these SOLAR AMULETS?
Could this symbol similar to the Greek Pi actually represent the sun's rays? Found on two pendants excavated from megalithic sites in Malta, these may have been worn as solar amulets by people well-versed in astronomy. Temple alignments and several other artefacts suggest the temple people were fascinated by the cosmos.
