In this video, I share my experience of a simple ten day summer detox. Detox is the cleansing of the body of toxins and toxins that are released from junk food. As a result, the detox improves the functioning of the liver and stomach, cleanses the skin of breakouts, helps to get rid of swelling and excess weight.
