User Journey Map (in Remote Design Sprint)
How do you do a User Journey Map session if you're running a remote design sprint? In this video Alvin gives us an example of a User Journey Mapping session using Mural (https://mural.co/). The User Journey Map allows design sprint team members to put themselves into the users' shoe, by mapping out the actions that a user persona may take or go through in each stages of their journey or interaction with the service or product.
