How do you map a user journey for complex product/service experiences? The key is to be aware of what the overall challenge is and also be aware of how much time you have on had to work on this user journey mapping exercise. The more time you have, the more you can elaborate your complex map into detailed steps or experience. The less time you have, the more important it is to simplify.
