AVTouchBar - Finished Colors & Automatic Aggregate Device Creation!

We have finished adding the final touches for the colors, with a color spectrum (my favorite), and all the staple colors you would expect to find.
There is also now automatic aggregate output device creation. This means that when you click "Visualize", a new output will be created and made active so that the system audio will be sent to the app as well as the speakers (or whichever output you were using previously, whether it was headphones or the built in speakers).
This is a big step in making the app operate seamlessly, so you do not have to change the output every time you open the app.
