Cane sugar ... 50 g
Dry yeast ... 12 g
Eggs (large) ... 3 pcs.
Egg yolks ... 3 pcs.
Butter (soft) ... 150 g
Main dough:
Step 2:
Flour ... 700 g
Sugar ... 200 g
Honey ... 30 g
Zest of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 orange
Vanilla extract ... 1 tsp
Salt ... 5 g
Turmeric ... ½ tsp
Raisins ... 150 g
Candied fruits ... 150 g
Orange juice ... 100 ml (for raisins)
Bake at a temperature of 160-170 degrees Celsius for 35-45 minutes.
