If you are not getting this kind of option to choose which SIM card to use when you call in Samsung then what you do is if this problem occurs for all of the contact in your sim card then what you do is go ahead and go to settings here. Go to connections. Go to Sim Manager and for Preferred Sims select calls and you have to select this option Ask Always. Don't select Sim 1 or Sim 2. Now if this problem only occurs for a single contact then what you do is go ahead and open contacts application and select the contact for which the problem occurs. Tap on this option here and here also instead of Sim 1 and Sim 2 select this option Default Always ask and then you will get the option to choose the SIM card.
