if the camera of your Samsung device has stopped scanning QR codes then what you do is go to "settings". Scroll down and go to this option "Apps". Scroll down and select "Camera". Go to "Camera settings" and if you see there is an option "Scan QR Codes". So, if it is disabled the camera will not scan QR codes. So, you have to make sure that this option "Scan QR code" is enabled.
