Move Desktop Icons Anywhere in Windows 10/11 (Right/Center/Bottom/Top)
You can move desktop icons anywhere in Windows 10/11 desktop without rearranging themselves after refresh and restart by making the following two changes. Right click on the desktop - view - uncheck these two options
a- auto arrange icons
b- align icons to grid
now you can place the desktop icons anywhere in the desktop and they will not rearrange themselves after refresh/restart or after deleting anything on the desktop
