In this live recording at Ascend Training, I go over getting started with 3D by using the Photoshop CC 3D workspace, as well as working with Adobe Fuse, the new 3D character creator app from Adobe. By using 3D in Photoshop CC 2015, you can created a 3d logo, as well as utilize other 3D techniques, such as 3d lighting, texturing, and animation.
By integrating Adobe Fuse for 3D Character design with Photoshop CC 2015, you can bring your custom 3D characters into Photoshop CC to add Motion Capture data, edit materials, and add additional photoshop layers and adjustments on top of the 3D Photoshop layer, all by using familiar Photoshop photo editing techniques.
With Adobe Fuse, you can easily create, customize, and export 3D characters with rigged skeletons and integrate a library of motion capture data. When bringing the 3D models from Adobe Fuse into Adobe Photoshop for with in the Photoshop 3D interface, the 3D models are sent from Adobe Fuse to Adobe Photoshop using the new Adobe Libraries.
This Adobe Fuse CC 2015 Tutorial also covers interface tips and tricks, as well as an overview of how to customize 3D character attributes, clothing, textures, and materials. Also learn about how the 3D characters are auto-rigged, in order to save time on 3D rigging. We’ll also cover using Motion Capture data in Photoshop to create a variety of animations.
